Food-Exercise Log 11-20-11

9:30am Breakfast
3-egg omelette with red onion & red pepper, lightly sprinkled with sea salt & red pepper flakes
Smoothie (1 banana, frozen cherries, light coconut milk)
8oz Coffee

Afternoon Snack (late breakfast so skipped lunch)
Chicken & some fruit

6pm Supper
leftover beef/bacon over salad
